County of San Diego – Cole Grade Road Improvement Project
Project Synopsis
CPM Partners provided construction management to San Diego County Department of Public Works as part of the 3-year As-Needed Countywide Construction Management (CM) services contract for the Cole Grade Road Improvement Project.
The Cole Grade Road Improvement project widened 2.8-miles of Cole Grade Road from West Oak Glen Road to Fruitvail Road, including undergrounding existing utilities located on both sides of the road and a $10.5 million 20A Conversion. This project provided a continuous turn lane, bike lanes, and a pathway. It also addressed run storm water run-off. A bridge near Cool Valley Road will also accommodate wildlife transit beneath.
Services Provided
CPM Partners provided construction management services, biddability and constructability review on 70% design drawings for the County of San Diego Cole Grade Road Improvement Project.
