Dave Seevers is a registered Professional Engineer with extensive knowledge of construction management services gained as a result of 35 years of relevant hands-on work experience; including, the management of large capital improvement programs, construction projects, architectural and civil design functions, and claims analysis and resolution.
Dave truly understands his clients’ needs – he has been in their shoes. Throughout his career, Dave has served as project / construction manager for owners, contractors and A/E firms. He has represented both public and private owners in the management, inspection, CPM scheduling, claims analysis and contract administration for bridge, road, treatment plants, infrastructure and building facility projects. For contractors he has served as construction manager on heavy civil works and infrastructure projects. He has provided scheduling, schedule review and claims analysis training to Public Agencies in California and Nevada over the past 20 years. Dave has presented and been a featured speaker on scheduling, schedule control, constructability reviews, claims mitigation and claim analysis topics at APWA, CMAA and other professional organizations.
